Gift Collection Heroines [GC 2026]
A big-box One Piece set is coming on 20 November 2026, every retailer is describing it in identical words, and Bandai has not said a thing about it. Here is what is genuinely confirmed, what is only retailer copy, what is still unknown — and what the last Gift Collection actually did on the secondary market.
What the box is reported to contain
The contents block below is reproduced word for word by Southern Hobby Supply (US wholesale), GTS Distribution, Good Games, Gamers Room, Lazarus Games, OnyTCG and others. When that many independent retailers carry identical phrasing, they are all quoting one distributor sheet — which is good evidence the sheet exists, and no evidence at all that Bandai has finalised the product.
| Component | Reported detail | How solid is it |
|---|---|---|
| Booster packs | 2 × EB-05 Heroines Edition vol.2, 12 cards per pack | Retailer-sourced |
| Sleeves | 70 sleeves in 1 design (art unseen) | Retailer-sourced |
| Promo cards | 10 promotional cards, described as 10 types | Disputed — see below |
| Storage box | Not in any distributor copy | One retailer claims it; likely wrong |
| Playmat | Not included | That is a different product |
| DON!! cards | Not mentioned by any source | Unknown |
The promo dispute matters more than anything else on this page. Most listings read “10 Promotional Cards (10 types)” — ten different cards. But the copy used by Southern Hobby, GTS and Lazarus reads “includes 10 copies of a popular card with an appealing new illustration” — ten copies of one card. Those are completely different products to a collector, and Bandai has confirmed neither. It is not a silly misreading either: Bandai’s separate Heroines Special Set genuinely does ship ten copies of a single DON!! card, so the phrasing has precedent.
Nobody knows which characters are on the promos. No names, no card numbers, no artwork has been published anywhere. If you see a page telling you Boa Hancock or Nami is in this box, that page is guessing. The only sourced statement is that the promos are meant to work with EB-05, which is a Heroines set — so heroine characters are a reasonable expectation and nothing more.
It is not the Heroines Special Set
There is an official Bandai Heroines box with a real product page, and it is being confused with this one constantly. They are different products with different contents, different channels and different release dates.
| Heroines Special Set | Heroines Gift Collection | |
|---|---|---|
| Official Bandai page | Yes | No |
| Channel | Premium Bandai, direct | Hobby distribution |
| Booster packs | None | 2 × EB-05 (reported) |
| Notable extras | Playmat, storage box, 10 DON!! of one type | 70 sleeves, 10 promos (reported) |
| Release | September 2026 | 20 November 2026 |
| US list price | USD $70.00 | Not published |

The packs inside: EB-05 Heroines Edition vol.2
EB-05 is the one part of this story that is fully official. Bandai’s English product page confirms an October 2026 release — 30 October on the Next Plan page — at USD $4.99 per pack, 12 cards per pack, 24 packs to a booster box. It is the second Heroines Extra Booster after EB-03, and it lands alongside the One Piece Heroines anime that Toei premiered on 5 July 2026, which is the demand driver the whole sub-line is riding.
Leak coverage from late August points to Heroine SP cards for Nami and Nico Robin, a Shirahoshi manga-art card, and heroine Leaders across Vivi, Shirahoshi, Bonney, Hancock, Rebecca and Robin. Treat that as well-sourced rumour rather than a card list.

Worth knowing before you value the box on its packs: EB-05 is still unreleased, and unreleased pack prices are hype prices. Two packs at Australian list money is about A$36 of the box’s contents. The promos and sleeves have to carry the rest.
What the last Gift Collection actually did
The 2023 Gift Collection [GC-01] is the only real precedent, and its chart is the most useful thing on this page. It released on 27 October 2023 at USD $29.99 with five OP-04 packs, a card case and three promos drawn from a pool of thirteen.
| When | Sealed price (USD) | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Dec 2023 – Jun 2024 | $18.20 – $22.50 | Below its own $29.99 list for about eight months |
| Jul 2024 – Sep 2025 | $29.45 – $35.49 | Flat for more than a year |
| Oct – Dec 2025 | $60.89 | First real move, two years after release |
| Jan 2026 | $219.99 | The step change |
| Jul 2026 | $551.08 | Peak, during a market-wide One Piece sealed run |
| Sep 2026 | $506.21 | Where it sits now |
Read honestly, that is a modest one-year hold and a spectacular three-year one. Anyone quoting “$30 to $500” is telling you the truth and leaving out the eight months it traded below its own starting price and the two years it took to climb past $40. Cross-checked the same day, TCGplayer market on GC-01 is USD $450.84 with 17 listings, and the six-set display sits at USD $2,180.71.
The promos are where GC-01’s value ended up. Its thirteen promo types are alt-art reprints of tournament-legal cards, and a complete set of all thirteen is worth roughly USD $584 at market today — led by Tony Tony.Chopper at $162.18, Nami at $101.37 and Monkey.D.Luffy at $87.10, with the cheapest of the thirteen at $6.16.
There is a catch in applying that to GC 2026. GC-01 gave you three random promos out of thirteen, so each individual promo was roughly a quarter as common as the box itself. If GC 2026 really does include all ten types in every box, each promo is exactly as common as the product — which should make the individual cards less scarce and cheaper, not more. That is reasoning rather than a sourced fact, but it is the reasoning a buyer should do before paying for the promos twice.

And the other side: Heroines sealed has gone down before
EB-03 Heroines Edition is the cautionary half of the record. The English booster box opened at USD $350.98 in February 2026 against a USD $119.76 pack-count list, slid about 16% to a USD $294.18 trough in June, and has recovered to USD $325.00. Seven months on, a launch-day buyer is still down roughly 7%. The Japanese box went the other way: USD $69.57 at its October 2025 release, dipping briefly, now USD $115.00.
Both halves of that are worth carrying into this release. Heroines product is desirable and it still traded down for four straight months.
Our read: this is the dark horse of the Heroines run
Everything above is sourced. This section is our opinion, and we are flagging it as opinion.
The Gift Collection is an ancillary product, and that is exactly why we like it. It is not a booster box and it is not a set launch, so it sits outside the release cadence the whole hobby watches. Set-focused buyers skip it because it is not the set. Content creators barely cover it because there is no card list to preview. Retailers order it thin because a gifting SKU is a slower sell than a box of packs. Every one of those forces suppresses early demand — and every one of them is temporary.
That is not a theory we invented for this release. It is precisely what happened to the 2023 Gift Collection, and the numbers on the other side are remarkable for a box that opened at USD $29.99:
| GC-01 today | Figure | In AUD |
|---|---|---|
| TCGplayer market | USD $450.84 | A$632 |
| PriceCharting sealed | USD $506.21 | A$709 |
| Our own last sale of one | — | A$749 (July 2026) |
| Our current listing | — | A$899, sold out |
| 6-set display | USD $2,180.71 | A$3,055 |
A A$30 gift box became a A$630 to A$900 grail. It was slow, it was ugly for the first year, and it happened anyway — because the supply of an ancillary product is set by how thinly retailers ordered it during the window when nobody cared.
And here is the part we find most interesting: GC 2026 is completely unmapped. We checked on 22 September 2026 — it has no TCGplayer catalogue entry and no PriceCharting page. There is no market price, no sales history, no chart and no comparable listings, because the product does not exist in either database yet. Most sealed product arrives with a price already mapped for you. This one arrives with nothing, which means early pricing is set by whoever happens to be holding it rather than by an algorithm reading last week’s sales.
The honest other half. Being unmapped cuts both ways: no map also means no floor, and nothing to appeal to if the price goes the wrong way. Two more things genuinely argue against us. If the box really does contain all ten promo types, each promo is exactly as common as the product itself — less scarce per card than GC-01’s three-of-thirteen structure, which is where most of GC-01’s value ended up. And the last Heroines sealed release, EB-03 English, is still trading below its launch price seven months on. We think the dark-horse case is the stronger one. We do not think it is the certain one.
What to buy
Prices read from the Grailborne catalogue on 22 September 2026 and move with stock. The Gift Collection card deliberately carries no price while its contents are unconfirmed. Everything above is factory sealed and English edition; pre-orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a fee of 10% of the order value. The risks, stated plainly
| Risk | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Contents unconfirmed | Bandai has announced nothing. The sheet everyone is quoting can change, and distributor sheets have been wrong before. |
| Promo count disputed | Ten different cards and ten copies of one card are not the same purchase. |
| Promo identities unknown | You are buying ten cards nobody has seen, from a character pool nobody has published. |
| Allocation | Wholesalers have flagged it “subject to allocation”; several retailers have closed pre-orders or capped orders at two. |
| Character saturation | Bandai has put out three Heroines-branded products inside twelve months plus Heroines sleeves. More supply of the same theme is a real possibility. |
| The anime | The Heroines theme leans on the Toei anime that started in July 2026. Entertainment press has reported schedule problems. If the show fades, so does the pull. |
The Grailborne take
This is a genuinely interesting product, and we are upfront that part of it is still genuinely unverified — that combination is rarely spelled out this plainly on a retail page, and we think that is the more useful way to write about it. The structure is good: ten promos in every box rather than three of thirteen at random, plus two packs of the Heroines set everyone will be opening in November. The precedent set by the last Gift Collection is strong over the long run, and the unknowns here get resolved the straightforward way: when Bandai posts the official page.
We think it is the dark horse of the Heroines run, for the reasons set out above: an overlooked ancillary product, a predecessor that quietly became a A$630 to A$900 grail from a A$30 starting point, and no price map on it at all yet. We would rather say that now, while the facts are thin and we have said which parts are thin, than say it in twelve months when the chart has already made the argument for us.
If you are buying, buy it because you want a sealed Heroines centrepiece and you are comfortable holding it for years rather than months. If you are buying to flip in twelve months, the GC-01 chart is the argument against you, not for you. And if the contents matter to your decision, the honest advice is to wait for Bandai’s own page before committing — allocation risk is real, but so is buying ten cards nobody has seen.
