Orders & Shipping

Most in-stock orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Some items may be sold as pre-sale, so always check the estimated shipping date listed on the product page before purchasing.

Yes. We use Australia Post as our main shipping provider, and standard Australia Post delivery timeframes apply once your order has been dispatched.

In some cases, dispatch may be delayed while we wait for additional inventory to arrive from our suppliers. If this happens, we will do our best to keep you updated.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. You can also use our Track Your Order page to check your shipping status.

Products & Availability

Yes. We are committed to supplying genuine, sealed, and authentic products sourced through our trusted network of suppliers, stores, and partners.

High-demand collectible products can sell out quickly due to strong market demand, limited allocations, and retail sellouts. We work hard to source stock through our network so customers still have access to the products they want.

Some products may be priced above original retail due to market demand, limited supply, and secondary market conditions. Our goal is always to source competitively and offer strong value wherever possible.

Where possible, yes. Restocks depend on supplier availability and market conditions. If a product is sold out, keep an eye on the website or follow us on social media for updates.

Preorders & Pre-Sale Items

A pre-sale item is a product that has been secured for future stock but has not yet arrived or been released. The estimated dispatch timing will usually be listed on the product page.

In many cases, orders containing pre-sale items may be held and shipped together once all items are ready. If you need in-stock items sooner, it is usually best to place separate orders.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Yes. For larger orders and repeat buyers, we may be able to offer wholesale or preferred bulk pricing depending on the product, quantity, and availability.

As a general guide, we can often offer around 10-20% below retail pricing depending on the product, volume, and availability.

We work with retailers, breakers, live sellers, rip and ship operators, high-volume buyers, and serious collectors looking to purchase in larger quantities.
