How it works

Place any order on grailborne.com.au. There is nothing to join or switch on.

We credit your account
3% of your order subtotal (after discounts, without shipping), rounded up to the next whole dollar, lands on your account within minutes. We email you to confirm it.

Sign in and apply it
At checkout, sign in with the email you ordered with and tap Apply store credit in the Payment step.

Spend it within 30 days
Each credit expires 30 days after it is issued, so use it on your next order.
Example
A $180 order after any discounts, excluding shipping → 3% is $5.40 → rounded up to $6 store credit.
How to spend it
- Sign in at checkout with the email you ordered with. We send a one-time code, so there is no password to remember. Shop Pay works too.
- In the Payment step, tap Apply store credit. Your balance shows in the Store credit section.
- Pay any remainder with your card, Afterpay or Shop Pay.
You can see your balance any time in your account. Where you have several credits, the one that expires first is spent first.
Credit expires 30 days after it is issued
Each credit has its own expiry date, at the end of that day Australian Eastern time.
Questions
Do I need an account to earn credit?
No. Credit is added automatically to your customer record using the email on your order. To spend it, sign in at checkout with that same email. We send a one-time code, so there is no password to remember.
When do I get my credit?
Within minutes of placing the order. Pre-orders earn credit when you order, not when the item ships, so you can use it on other items while you wait. The 30 days starts on the day the credit is issued.
How is the amount worked out?
3% of your order subtotal after any discounts, not counting shipping, rounded up to the next whole dollar. If you pay part of an order with store credit, you earn on the part you pay for.
How long do I have to spend it?
30 days from the day it is issued. Each credit has its own expiry date, at the end of that day Australian Eastern time. If you have more than one credit, the one that expires first is used first.
Can I pay the rest with something else?
Yes. Store credit is applied as a payment method at checkout and you pay any remainder with your card, Afterpay or Shop Pay.
Where can I see my balance?
Sign in to your account on grailborne.com.au to see it. At checkout it also shows under Store credit in the Payment step.
What happens if an order is cancelled or refunded?
The credit earned on that order is removed from your balance.
Does it work on eBay, Amazon or Kogan orders?
No. Store credit is earned on, and spent at, orders placed on grailborne.com.au only.
Store credit is earned on, and spent at, grailborne.com.au orders only (not eBay, Amazon or Kogan orders). Shipping is not included in the 3%. If an order is refunded or cancelled, the credit earned on it is removed.
