At Grailborne, we aim to dispatch your order quickly, securely, and with the care collectibles deserve.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $500 AUD
- Orders under $500 AUD will have shipping calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination
Order Processing Times
We aim to process and dispatch in-stock orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- During major product launches, promotions, or peak trading periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together unless otherwise stated on the product page

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and other courier partners where appropriate.

Pre-Orders
For pre-order products, the estimated release date or dispatch window will be listed on the product page where possible.

- Release dates are subject to change by suppliers, distributors, or manufacturers
- Delays to pre-order items are outside our control
- If your order contains pre-order items, dispatch may occur once all items are available unless otherwise stated
Preorder Cancellations
If a preorder is cancelled after purchase, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Packaging & Collectibles Care
We understand that condition matters. We take extra care when packing sealed trading card products, collectibles, and limited items to help ensure they arrive safely.
While we do our best to protect all orders in transit, minor outer packaging wear may occasionally occur due to shipping or manufacturer handling and may not be considered damage to the product itself.
Incorrect Address Details
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Grailborne is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@grailborne.com.au. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@grailborne.com.au with your order number and any relevant photos if applicable.
We will assist where possible in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier, however:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed
- Once an order has been handed to the carrier, shipping delays may be outside our direct control
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
International Shipping
At this time, Grailborne primarily ships within Australia unless otherwise stated on the website.
If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
