The One Piece Card Game English anniversary sets are Premium Bandai exclusives. They are sold direct, in a fixed order window, once, with a one-per-account limit — and then never again. There is no restock, no card-shop allocation and no second print. That single distribution fact is what has driven all three of them.
The 3rd Anniversary Set landed in August 2026 built around the Three Brothers — Ace, Sabo and Luffy. It is the first of the three to swap the playmat for a leather card case, and it carries a card showing all three brothers together. What the market is telling us
Print scarcity × popularityAcross every other One Piece guide on this site the framework is pull difficulty multiplied by character popularity. These sets have no pulls at all, so the first half becomes print scarcity — one order window, one per account, no reprint — and the second half is doing exactly what you would expect it to do.
Look at what carries each set. In the 1st Anniversary Set the ten cards total US$4,567, and Monkey D. Luffy alone is US$1,372, with Roronoa Zoro at US$791 and Tony Tony Chopper at US$604. In the 2nd Anniversary Set the Luffy Leader is US$512 of a US$1,026 card total. Same name, both times, carrying roughly a third of the box on his own. The supplies are nice; the cards are the asset.
Which is what makes the 3rd Anniversary Set’s position unusual. Its seven cards total US$1,186 (A$1,653) while the sealed box itself trades around US$822. The 1st and 2nd Anniversary Sets both trade above the sum of their cards — 1.12× and 1.49× respectively, the premium people pay for an intact sealed box. The 3rd currently trades at 0.69×. It is the only one of the three where the sealed box is the cheaper way to own the cards.
The straightforward reading is timing. The 3rd Anniversary Set is about a month old and has 54 sellers listing one, against 29 for a set that has had twenty-seven months for supply to disappear into collections. That is what the early part of the curve looks like, and it is the only part of it you can still buy into.
