Where Delta Reign comes from

Delta Reign combines Japan’s Storm Emeralda (released 31 July 2026, 110+ cards) with the accompanying MEGA Starter Decks (30 unique cards featuring Eevee ex, Zoroark ex and Meowscarada ex) — the first English Mega Evolution set to merge multiple Japanese sources rather than translate one set 1:1 since Phantasmal Flames. One of the starter-deck Pokémon ex won’t make the cut (the seven candidates are Heat Rotom, Wishiwashi, Raikou, Talonflame, Eevee, Meowscarada and Zoroark — only six survive), so expect a bit of last-minute list movement before street date.
