Disney Lorcana D23 2026 Collection: What It Is, Every Card, and Where to Buy in Australia

Six borderless foil promos, one of them the first card ever shown from Lorcana Set 14. Here is exactly what is in the box, every place on earth selling it, and what the last D23 set did next.

Disney Lorcana D23 2026 Collection six-card foil set
The D23 2026 Collection: six borderless foil promos numbered 10/D23 to 15/D23.

The D23 2026 Collection is the third D23-exclusive set Ravensburger has made for Disney Lorcana, and it is the hardest one yet to actually buy. It is not sold through hobby distribution, not sold through card shops, and not sold through Amazon. It exists in a handful of Disney retail locations, four regional Disney web stores, and a single pop-up shop in Brisbane.

This guide covers what is in the box card by card, the full worldwide buying list with the restrictions attached to each location, the two Australian routes, and the one piece of evidence that matters most when you are deciding whether to chase it: what the 2024 D23 Collection has done on the secondary market since.

Released 14 August 2026 through Disney retail only, with the Brisbane Queen Street Mall pop-up opening the following day, 15 August. Grailborne has secured Australian allocation and is taking pre-orders now, shipping sealed from Brisbane at the end of August.

The 2024 D23 Collection launched at US$99.99 and now trades around US$567 sealed on PriceCharting.

Every card in the box

Six cards, each an expanded, borderless version of existing artwork with special foiling and text-box decoration, numbered in the running D23 promo series.

Number Card Status
10/D23 Angel – Siren Singer Revealed
11/D23 Pocahontas – Following the Wind Revealed
12/D23 Mushu – Stealthy Dragon Revealed
13/D23 Hidden — confirmed to be from Hyperia City (Set 14) Sealed surprise
14/D23 Judy Hopps – Uncovering Clues Revealed
15/D23 Mr. Incredible – Taking Out the Trash Revealed

Card 13/D23 has been deliberately withheld by Ravensburger. It is confirmed to come from Hyperia City, Lorcana Set 14, which does not hit retail until 23 October 2026 — so whoever opens this box is holding the first printed card from that set roughly ten weeks before anyone else can pull one.

Where to buy it, everywhere on earth

This is the part most coverage gets wrong, because each location has its own rules attached.

That is the complete announced list. There is no hobby-channel release, no card-shop allocation and no Amazon listing. A standalone retail price has not been announced by Disney; the only published figure is the US$189.97 D23 Show Bundle, which is a different product (see below).

The Australian read: one online drop on 14 August at DisneyStore.com.au and one physical pop-up in Brisbane from 15 August. No Australian RRP has been announced, and there is no second wave behind it.

The 2024 D23 Collection, and what happened to it

The single most useful thing you can look at before deciding on the 2026 box is what the 2024 one did. Same format, same distribution model, two years of data.

2024 D23 Collection card Ungraded market (AUD est.) Tier
Mickey Mouse – Brave Little Tailor The First Chapter ~A$290 Headline card
Oswald – The Lucky Rabbit 2024 set preview ~A$96 Strong second
Cinderella – Stouthearted Rise of the Floodborn ~A$77 Steady
Vanellope Von Schweetz – Sugar Rush Princess Shimmering Skies ~A$74 Steady
Ursula – Deceiver Into the Inklands ~A$68 Steady
Bruno Madrigal – Undetected Uncle Ursula’s Return ~A$42 Entry
Sealed 2024 D23 Collection box ~A$803 Sealed premium

PriceCharting ungraded sales, converted at 1 USD = 1.4142 AUD (12 August 2026). The six singles add up to roughly A$647, yet the sealed box trades near A$803 — the sealed article carries about a 24% premium over the sum of its own contents. Values move with condition, grading and time.

What the market is telling us

Lorcana promo value follows the same rule the rest of the hobby does: value = pull difficulty × character popularity. What makes the D23 sets unusual is that the first half of that equation is fixed at the point of sale. You cannot pull these cards. There is no booster, no case, no reprint in a later set. The entire supply is whatever Disney put on shelves in a handful of stores over a few days.

The 2024 set is the proof. It launched at US$99.99 on 9 August 2024 and its sealed box now sits around US$567 on PriceCharting, with TCGplayer market around US$597 — roughly 5.7 times its release price in two years. Inside it, the spread is pure character demand: Mickey Mouse in the Brave Little Tailor art is around A$290 while Bruno Madrigal, printed in identical quantity in the identical box, is around A$42. Same scarcity, same print run, nearly seven times the price. That gap is Mickey.

Applied to 2026, the lineup is stronger on that axis than the numbers alone suggest. Mr. Incredible and Judy Hopps bring the Pixar and Zootopia audiences that Lorcana has been deliberately courting since Wilds Unknown, Mushu and Pocahontas are 1990s Disney Renaissance characters with the deepest nostalgia base in the catalogue, and Angel arrives with the Stitch fandom behind her. The wildcard is 13/D23: a card from a 204-card set that does not reach shelves until 23 October, in a box that stops being printed in August.

Why the hidden card matters more than it looks. Hyperia City is Lorcana Set 14, it runs to 204 cards, and it is the set that brings Coco into the game for the first time. Card 13/D23 is the first card from it to be printed anywhere. Even if the character turns out to be a mid-tier Glimmer, "first Hyperia City card ever printed" is the kind of provenance that does not get reprinted into oblivion.

Three D23 sets, three different products

2022 — D23 Expo Collector’s Set

  • US$49.99, sold in person at D23 Expo 2022 at the Anaheim Convention Center from 9 to 11 September 2022.
  • Six promo cards in a cardboard portfolio with plastic sleeves, all six with a holo foil treatment. Six of the seven cards available at that Expo.

2024 — D23 Collection

  • US$99.99, released 9 August 2024 through select Disney retail locations.
  • Six expanded-art foil cards, one drawn from each of the first six Lorcana releases: Mickey Mouse – Brave Little Tailor, Cinderella – Stouthearted, Ursula – Deceiver, Bruno Madrigal – Undetected Uncle, Vanellope Von Schweetz – Sugar Rush Princess and Oswald – The Lucky Rabbit.

2026 — D23 2026 Collection

  • Released 14 August 2026. Standalone retail price not announced by Disney.
  • Six borderless foil promos numbered 10/D23 to 15/D23, including one card held back from Hyperia City, Lorcana Set 14.
  • Also formed the core of the attendee-only US$189.97 D23 Show Bundle, alongside a Winnie the Pooh playmat, the Quest of Wonders Lorebook, two pins and an exclusive Woody – Leader of the Toys promo.

🏆 The Grailborne Take

82/100
Grailborne Index
The scarcest Lorcana product of 2026, and the hardest to buy
Investment-hold rating — weighs set scarcity, character demand, comparables & retail-vs-secondary spread.
Distribution is the whole thesis. Two theme-park stores, four regional Disney web shops and one Brisbane pop-up is the entire global release. No hobby channel, no card shops, no reprint pathway — supply is fixed the week it launches.
The 2024 comparable is not a guess, it is a completed round trip: US$99.99 at launch to roughly US$567 sealed today, with the sealed box trading about 24% above the combined value of the six singles inside it. Collectors have consistently paid up to keep these boxes shut.
The character lineup is built for the two audiences that move Lorcana prices. Mushu and Pocahontas carry Disney Renaissance nostalgia, Mr. Incredible and Judy Hopps carry the Pixar and modern-Disney crowd, and Angel brings Stitch demand with her.
Smart-buy: if you want one, decide now which route you are taking. The Californian queue needs you inside a 90-mile radius at 5am, Paris caps you at two, Hong Kong needs a Magic Access membership, and the Australian online drop is a single day. Buying an allocated copy locally removes the queue, the timing and the international freight from the equation entirely.

Practically: this is a store-and-forget piece rather than a play set. Keep it sealed and flat, out of direct sun, in a cool dry spot — the foiling and the box printing are both part of what a sealed example is worth later, and a dinged corner is the difference between a display piece and a loose card lot. If you plan to grade the singles instead, do it early while the cards are untouched, because the 2024 set showed PSA 10 copies pulling clear of raw within months. Australian allocation on Disney-exclusive Lorcana is a single wave with no restock behind it: the D23 2026 Collection is a pre-order shipping sealed from Brisbane at the end of August, while everything else on this page is in stock and dispatched in 1 to 2 business days.

Grailborne’s mission: as always, Grailborne strives to get the modern TCG sets collectors want into the hands of collectors, investors and rippers — securing inventory in high volumes from the secondary market so there’s always something available for everyone.

Frequently asked questions

Is the D23 2026 Collection the same thing as the D23 Show Bundle?
No, and this is the single most common mix-up. The D23 Show Bundle was an attendee-only package sold at US$189.97 plus platform fee through a raffle on Ravensburger’s events portal, drawn on 29 July, limited to one per person and collected on-site at D23 in Anaheim between 14 and 16 August. It contained the D23 2026 Collection box plus a Winnie the Pooh premium foil playmat, early access to the Quest of Wonders Lorebook, two pins (Tigger and Mickey Mouse), and an exclusive Woody – Leader of the Toys promo card that is not in the standalone box. The Collection sold at Disney retail is the six-card box on its own.
What is the sixth card, and why is it hidden?
Card 13/D23 has not been revealed. Ravensburger has confirmed only that it comes from Hyperia City, Lorcana Set 14 — a 204-card set with prerelease events on 16 October 2026 and retail release on 23 October 2026, and the set that introduces Coco to the game. Hiding it is the point: it makes the box the first and only place to see a Hyperia City card for roughly ten weeks, which is exactly the kind of exclusivity that holds up on the secondary market long after the reveal.
How do I actually buy one in Australia?
Two announced routes. DisneyStore.com.au has listed it online since 14 August 2026, and the Disney Store pop-up at Queen Street Mall in Brisbane has it in person from 15 August 2026. That is the entire Australian release — there is no wider retail distribution here, no card-shop allocation and no Australian RRP announced. Grailborne has secured allocation for buyers who would rather not gamble on a one-day online drop or a queue outside a pop-up — that is a pre-order, shipping sealed from Brisbane at the end of August.
What did the last D23 Collection actually do on the secondary market?
The 2024 D23 Collection released on 9 August 2024 at US$99.99. Its sealed box now trades around US$567 on PriceCharting and around US$597 market on TCGplayer, roughly 5.7 times release price in two years. Inside it, Mickey Mouse – Brave Little Tailor is about A$290 ungraded and Oswald – The Lucky Rabbit about A$96, while the six singles together come to roughly A$647 — less than the sealed box. Past performance is not a forecast, but it is the only real comparable this product has.
Open it or keep it sealed?
The 2024 data argues both ways honestly. Sealed boxes have traded about 24% above the combined value of their singles, so the box itself is the premium article and keeping it shut has been the stronger hold. Opening makes sense if you specifically want the Hyperia City card in hand early, or if you intend to grade — graded copies of the 2024 headline cards moved clear of raw prices quickly. What has not worked is opening a box and holding the singles loose and ungraded, which lands you below where the sealed box sat.
Is there any chance of a reprint?
Nothing has been announced, and the format argues against it. D23 sets are event and venue-tied products — the 2022 D23 Expo Collector’s Set at US$49.99 and the 2024 D23 Collection at US$99.99 have both stayed one-and-done. The cards are expanded, borderless treatments of art that already exists in the main sets, so the artwork lives on in standard-frame versions you can buy cheaply; it is the D23-numbered borderless foil printing that is finite.
